   Jamie gave an inspired and heartfelt performance, who really cares what went before or is in the papers.
   I for one hope he does well Britains got Talent or not.

   Hey, this controversy is all stupid. I do not think this was a case of faking an act of nerves at all…so what if he gave a bad performance at the Westend almost a decade ago…I think I would definitely want to forget about that myself. Why are people thinking he did this to win…why not take him at his word that he wanted to get through a performance that was well-done? There is not even one day that Jamie’s performance does not go through my head. Hats off to him…wonderful . Totally wonderful. He has had sadness in his life, and for some people this is a lot harder to get over than it is for others. Shyness and nerves are also more difficult for some people than for others. I hope he enjoys the success he deserves. There was so much feeling put into his performance of this song, and I frankly prefer it to the other professional performances of it that I have heard. I totally wish him well, and do not think he is guilty of any deceit…probably just embarrassed about a performance that was not worthy of his talent. I love Susan’s talent and her self-confidence, yet I also love Jamie’s talent and his more tortured feelings. Too bad it has to be a competition, is all I can say.

   I’m Scottish and was proud of our Susan Boyle but when I heard Jamie’s audition I was convinced that HE would be the one to beat her later on in the finals. I just wish his first song/appearance had been his semi-final one. I’m convinced we have not heard the last of Jamie. Good luck pal.
